Training Details

To set title, description and activity type for your training tap first row.

Tap Training Goal to change it. Each goal has "Distance alert" and "Time alert". For example, if you set distance alert to 1 mile and time alert to 30 min, iSportsTracker will vibrate or play a sound (see Settings for details) every mile you've run and every 30 minutes passed from start. Progress in achieving this goal will be displayed as a progress bar on theĀ Main Screen. Here is the list of goals available at the moment:

  1. Distance goal. You can select distance goal - distance you want to run this time.
  2. Speed frame. Here you select minimum speed (pace) and maximum speed (pace). iSportsTracker will notify when your speed (or pace) is out of bounds specified here. Speed is measured as an average for 10 last known locations (approx. 10 .. 30 seconds).
  3. Time goal. Set duration of your workout here.
  4. Time intervals. See Intervals training for details. Set here warm-up time, cool-down time, rest time, work time and overall training duration. I guess all them are self-explanatory.
  5. Calories burned. You want to burn 500 kCal this day and don't care about performance? Ok, this one is for you.
